We use DPD and DHL for our deliveries. DPD is a road delivery network so very efficent for Ireland (next day) and the mainland UK (2 day) and some of the EU (3-5 days). DHL Express is an air freight network so typically next day or 2 day delivery (depending on location). Both provide order tracking. The delivery times referenced are typical carrier times which begin when the product(s) are despatched from our warehouse. Carrier delays in transit can of course occur which are outside of our control. Depending on your location we may offer a choice of carrier (and cost) or where one is clearly more suitable we may only offer the one option.
Exact shipping rates are applied at checkout based on the items ordered, the delivery address and the shipping service requested.

TAXES & IMPORT DUTY
Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, these costs are the responsibility of the customer.
DAMAGED & REJECTED GOODS
As the customer you must inspect the goods within a reasonable timeframe after their receipt and will be deemed to have accepted the goods unless you notify us within 14 days from receipt that the goods are rejected. (This does not affect your statutory rights.)
If you have not notified us as above, we’ll consider the products as being of satisfactory quality, and may not accept any rejected items at a later date.
We want you to receive your pyFU goods in perfect condition – as they left us. If goods purchased from us through this website have been damaged in transit we will refund or exchange them. Return any damaged or unsatisfactory items to us in their original packaging within 14 days of receiving them. If however you purchased the product(s) from one of our third party retail partners you need to contact them and return the item(s) directly to the store from which it was purchased.
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
If having purchased a product on putyourfeetup.com you change your mind within 14 days of receipt and decide that you no longer want the product which you ordered, contact us with proof of purchase and to advise that you wish to return the product and either seek a refund or a different product. We will then ask you to send the product back to us. When sending the product back it should be carefully packed to ensure no damage during transit back to us and we would also advise you to send it by registered post or to use a courier service. Returns should be posted to us within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a refund it must be received back by us unopened in its original packaging, unused and in perfect condition (as new). Note that we cannot accept returns on Gift Sets, Gift Cards or Sale items (including discounted Gift Bundles).
Once we confirm the returned product(s) satisfy the above conditions, we will credit the card / payment method used for the original purchase within 5 working days.
Cancellations are only accepted before the order has been dispatched. If the order has been dispatched prior to the cancellation, we cannot cancel the transaction. The order will be considered valid and you, the Customer will remain liable for the full payment.
