Delivery & Returns

 

pyFU Update - 24 Nov 2021 - We will no longer offer mainland UK deliveries from today. Northern Ireland is fine but the UK requires us to use a different DPD system to input far more detail (post Brexit) which is just too time consuming at this busy time. Apologies!

 

 

We will no longer offer Air Freight via DHL. We found pricing extremely volatile, and more often than not we were having to pay more than we were charging. This means we will only be offering DPD for deliveries. As you probably know, DPD is a road delivery network so very efficent for Ireland (next day), mainland UK (2 day) and some of the EU (3-5 days).

Without Air Freight, we will no longer be shipping to the U.S., Canada, U.A.E. and anywhere else that DPD do not service.

The delivery times referenced are typical DPD times which begin when the product(s) are despatched from our warehouse. Carrier delays in transit can of course occur which are outside of our control.

Specific Rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on order value and delivery address.

 

Ireland - from €6 to Free for orders €100+

Northern Ireland - from €7.50 to Free for orders €100+

UK  (mainland) - deliveries suspended from 24/11/21 (see above).

 UK (excl N. Ireland) TAXES & IMPORT DUTY 

Suspended from 24/11/21

On orders with a value below £135 (€150) you purchase online as normal, and we remit VAT to the UK HMRC. Orders above £135 (€150) require the purchaser to pay VAT and duties to HMRC via the carrier (DPD).

Northern Ireland continues to be subject to the same EU VAT rules on goods as EU Member States

 

DAMAGED & REJECTED GOODS 

As the customer you must inspect the goods within a reasonable timeframe after their receipt and will be deemed to have accepted the goods unless you notify us within 14 days from receipt that the goods are rejected. (This does not affect your statutory rights.) 

If you have not notified us as above, we’ll consider the products as being of satisfactory quality, and may not accept any rejected items at a later date.

We want you to receive your pyFU goods in perfect condition – as they left us. If goods purchased from us through this website have been damaged in transit we will refund or exchange them. Return any damaged or unsatisfactory items to us in their original packaging within 14 days of receiving them. If however you purchased the product(s) from one of our third party retail partners you need to contact them and return the item(s) directly to the store from which it was purchased.

 

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

 If having purchased a product on putyourfeetup.com you change your mind within 14 days of receipt and decide that you no longer want the product which you ordered, contact us with proof of purchase and to advise that you wish to return the product and either seek a refund or a different product. We will then ask you to send the product back to us. When sending the product back it should be carefully packed to ensure no damage during transit back to us and we would also advise you to send it by registered post or to use a courier service. Returns should be posted to us within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a refund it must be received back by us unopened in its original packaging, unused and in perfect condition (as new). Note that we cannot accept returns on Gift Sets, Gift Cards or Sale items (including discounted Gift Bundles).

Once we confirm the returned product(s) satisfy the above conditions, we will credit the card / payment method used for the original purchase within 5 working days.  

 

 CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations are only accepted before the order has been dispatched. If the order has been dispatched prior to the cancellation, we cannot cancel the transaction. The order will be considered valid and you, the Customer will remain liable for the full payment.
